Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

  Pack Your Frames

  Securely place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to ensure the items arrive back at our warehouse in perfect condition.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and track your return; once received, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
